I’ve bought all my furniture from Value City for many years and as always, they Never disappoint. You know that anxious feeling when you walk into a place and there are salespeople looking at you and keep asking, do you need help, can I help you with something, what are you looking for, etc... Well you’re safe here. I didn’t feel pressured at all. The experience was very good. Delivery was on time, got it set up and took my old furniture away. Highly recommend.

Brenda is an All-Star, and Cassie is extremely helpful as a manager!! Brends took the time to answer every single question, and helped me pick the right fabrics for my new sectional and the pillows. She helped me figure out which pieces to get based on my available space, and it fits absolutely perfectly. I highly recommend Brenda to anyone looking for furniture!!

Great prices. I purchased the perfect couch from the clearance section in the back of the store. Customer service was amazing. I was helped by Lisa and her associate Tom. They were accommodating and even though I was just buying a clearance couch they gave me service like I was at Tiffanys buying diamonds.

Everything is just beautiful in their store. I found what I was looking for. Gray dining room set, that is beautiful. The sale people were great. They were very helpful. Highly recommend! Unlike other furniture stores like Ashely’s, the employees allow you to walk through the door and give you time to look around but acknowledge your presence. Charles was fantastic assisting us in finding our new living room set. Matt at guest services was very helpful in going over all of the information needed to book our delivery date.
