Stay away - the Bed is a POS

The bed support is terrible. From day one it makes creaking/squeaking noises with every slight move. I called Value city service and they sent a guy that attempted to remedy the problem. He interestingly said he had the same bed (I don't believe him). He said I need to buy plywood, cut it to fit and build my own support structure. Never again buying from VC.
